Job Summary: A leading hospitality company in San Isidro is seeking a KENFIX professional with experience in preventive maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of hotel equipment and facilities, as well as coordination of new system installations. Emergency management and system monitoring A prominent hospitality company located in San Isidro is currently seeking a KENFIX professional. **REQUIREMENTS**: ● Electrical technician, mechanical technician, or related field. ● Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanic, electrician, or maintenance technician. ● Prior experience in luxury hotels is desirable. ● Availability to work rotating shifts. ● Availability to work in San Isidro. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform periodic inspections and preventive maintenance tasks in hotel guestroom areas according to the established schedule, to prevent failures or service interruptions. * Diagnose and repair any equipment or facility malfunctions, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution to minimize impact on guests and hotel operations. * Coordinate and carry out the installation of new equipment or systems in the hotel. * Monitor and control the performance of hotel systems and equipment, identifying potential issues and proactively implementing measures to prevent unexpected failures. * Comply with and ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulations. * Respond to emergencies during assigned shifts, coordinating with internal departments to minimize impact on guest satisfaction. * Prepare shift reports documenting incidents, emergencies, pending items, repair requests, maintenance activities, and required spare parts. * Prepare technical reports on performed maintenance and incidents. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance and/or Operations Management. **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive salary * Hotel points * 100% covered meals * 80% covered EPS (health insurance) * Career development path Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Please provide your mobile number or WhatsApp contact. * How many years of experience do you have in this position or similar roles? * Do you have experience in the hospitality industry, clinics, and/or continuous operations? * In which district do you currently reside? * What are your salary expectations?
