Ability to perform water balances and mass balances of complex processes; strong analytical and synthesis capability **Academic Qualifications, Accreditations, Training:** Chemical Engineer or Metallurgical Engineer, with active registration at the College of Engineers of Peru (\#CIP). •GoldSim software proficiency considered a plus •Development of neutralization and sedimentation testing **HSE Skills:** Actively promotes behaviors aligned with our LIFE value and HSE policies applicable to assigned projects. **IT Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft environment (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); intermediate proficiency in document management software such as ACONEX **Personal Competencies:** High-level interaction across all levels, with positive influence on people.
