We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Objective:** Responsible for the proper execution of water discipline activities under their responsibility, ensuring data quality and integrity. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the proper execution of water discipline activities under their responsibility, ensuring data quality and integrity Data processing capability to perform accurate water balances across diverse scenarios Ability to conduct and support laboratory/pilot plant testing Proficiency in modeling software; analytical and synthesis capability Proposes and jointly develops value engineering within the discipline, depending on project scope and client needs Ensures compliance with Worley’s Quality Assurance System and HSE System in assigned engineering deliverables. **Requirements:****Specific Knowledge:** Experience and in-depth knowledge of mine water management and water treatment processes; knowledge of water resource management, water balances, geochemistry, hydrology; sound understanding of environmental legislation applicable to water management **Specific Experience:** Seven years’ experience in water treatment and/or operation of mine water treatment plants, reverse osmosis desalination plants, and development of laboratory/pilot plant testing. Ability to perform water balances and mass balances of complex processes; strong analytical and synthesis capability **Academic Qualifications, Accreditations, Training:** Chemical Engineer or Metallurgical Engineer, with active registration at the College of Engineers of Peru (\#CIP). •GoldSim software proficiency considered a plus •Development of neutralization and sedimentation testing **HSE Skills:** Actively promotes behaviors aligned with our LIFE value and HSE policies applicable to assigned projects. **IT Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft environment (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); intermediate proficiency in document management software such as ACONEX **Personal Competencies:** High-level interaction across all levels, with positive influence on people. Excellent oral and written communication skills expected. Ability to supervise subcontractor work, less-experienced engineers, and designers. **Other Skills:** Autonomy, entrepreneurship in work, ability to operate in a global environment. Planning and control skills.
