Cleaning staff is required for a building in Magdalena de Mar. **Requirements:** * **Identity document (DNI)** * **Curriculum Vitae** * **Complete Certiadulto or police and criminal records** * **Copy or photo of current residence utility bill** * **Minimum completed secondary education.** * **Desirable: technical training or qualification in cleaning, general maintenance, or related fields.** * **Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles.** * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment. * Desirable: basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, or minor maintenance. * Good physical condition and health compatible with the position. * **Responsibility, organization, collaborative attitude, and excellent appearance.** **Main responsibilities:** * **Perform daily cleaning of:** Condominium entrance (external and internal areas) Gates, access points, and offices Passageways, stairs, elevators Common areas (lobbies, terraces, gardens, etc.) Parking areas, garbage room, pump room, meter room **Common restrooms, ensuring disinfection and restocking supplies** * Remove solid waste from trash bins and garbage areas, assisting the concierge in properly moving trash containers. * Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies in common areas (paper, soap, air fresheners, etc.). * Perform basic maintenance tasks such as: Changing light bulbs Watering plants and gardens Cleaning lighting fixtures Adjusting locks, knobs, or handles Monitoring minor leaks or simple seepages * Report to the administrator any defects requiring specialized technical intervention. * Clean social areas after use when instructed. * Comply with proper use of assigned cleaning equipment and products. * Wear assigned uniform and maintain good personal presentation. * Follow internal regulations and coexistence rules of the property. * Carry out other related duties as directed by management.
