Position Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician expert in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment in shopping malls, focused on optimizing system performance and ensuring energy efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Expert in HVAC system maintenance and industrial air conditioning equipment. 2. Knowledge of electricity, automation, and maintenance protocols. 3. Skills in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and teamwork. Electromechanical Technician with solid experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment in shopping malls. Specialist in constant-pressure pumps, VEX, VIN, and VRF equipment, air conditioning and condenser systems, as well as AHUs, FACOIL units, chillers, and cooling towers. Committed to optimizing system performance, ensuring equipment operability and energy efficiency. **Experience and Technical Knowledge** * **HVAC System Maintenance:** Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning equipment, condensers, and cooling towers. * **Industrial Air Conditioning Equipment:** Experience with AHUs, FACOIL units, chillers, and VRF systems. * **Pumping Systems:** Inspection, repair, and adjustment of constant-pressure pumps. * **Electromechanical Equipment:** Installation, inspection, and fault correction for VEX and VIN equipment. * **Electricity and Automation:** Knowledge of electrical panels, frequency inverters, sensors, and controllers. * **Maintenance Protocols:** Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance routines according to safety standards. **Skills and Competencies** * Mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis and troubleshooting. * Ability to work under pressure in demanding operational environments. * Proficiency in using specialized maintenance tools and equipment. * Compliance with safety and environmental regulations. * Teamwork and coordination with other maintenance departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Diploma in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years maintaining equipment in shopping malls, corporate buildings, or industrial plants. * **Desirable Certifications:** Refrigerant handling, electrical and mechanical safety, chiller operation, and air conditioning equipment operation. * **Availability:** For rotating shifts and emergency response.
