If you are a passionate electromechanical technician seeking job stability and an improved quality of life, this is your opportunity! **What do we offer?** * **Stable employment contract** directly with the Spanish company. * **Work visa and residence permit processing** handled by the company. * Initial assistance with accommodation and support during arrival procedures. * Continuous training program on European technical regulations. **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevator fleets. * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic faults. * Respond to alerts and perform passenger rescues. * Ensure compliance with current safety regulations. **Essential Requirements** * **Valid passport (or ability to obtain one).** * **Proven experience:** Minimum 3 years working with elevators (multi-brand experience preferred: Otis, Schindler, Kone, Thyssenkrupp, etc.). * **Technical education:** Completed studies in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * **Full availability to relocate permanently to Spain.** * Valid driver’s license (with possibility of exchange or validation in Spain). **Desired Profile** We seek committed individuals with strong autonomous problem-solving skills and excellent customer service abilities.
