




Job Summary: Technical professional with experience in industrial mechanical maintenance to perform preventive, corrective, and fault diagnosis tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines 2. Rapid diagnosis and resolution of mechanical failures 3. Handling of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform preventive/corrective mechanical maintenance on production lines Prepare fault diagnostics and implement rapid solutions Manage critical spare parts Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly inspection/lubrication routes Maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Adjust, align, and replace components Support equipment commissioning and process improvements Comply with SST standards Report activities Conduct failure analysis REQUIREMENTS: Minimum: Technical graduate in mechanical maintenance, electromechanical maintenance, or related fields. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of main and auxiliary industrial equipment. Availability to work rotating shifts. Experience in Failure Assessment. USE OF MEASUREMENT TOOLS: TAPE MEASURE, CALIPER, MICROMETER, ALTIMETER DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY PROCESSES FOR CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS, VACUUM PUMPS, MULTISTAGE PUMPS, HYDRAULIC PUMPS RECOGNITION OF ROTATING COMPONENTS’ CONDITION IN MACHINERY: BEARINGS, OIL SEALS, MECHANICAL SEALS, STUFFING BOXES, BUSHINGS LUBRICATION: LUBRICATION TECHNIQUES ALIGNMENT: KNOWLEDGE OF ALIGNMENT TECHNIQUES FOR BELT-DRIVEN COMPONENTS, DIRECT COUPLINGS, HYDRAULIC COUPLINGS, ETC.
