Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, failure diagnosis, and technical support in workshop and field settings, with a focus on customer service. After-sales and field technical support Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (e.g., industrial vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, sweepers, generators, pumps, etc.). * Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures. * Carry out repairs in the workshop and, occasionally, provide technical support in the field. * Prepare technical reports documenting completed work. * Manage and maintain assigned tools, spare parts, and equipment. * Verify proper operation of equipment prior to delivery. * Provide after-sales technical support in the field when required. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing technical studies in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair of electrical and/or mechanical equipment. * Knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines (preferred). * Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanics. * Ability to diagnose failures and propose solutions. * Responsibility, organization, and customer orientation.
