Job Summary: Supports the execution of preventive maintenance and repair tasks for hydraulic systems, ensuring their proper operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in preventive maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems 2. Assistance in installing new hydraulic components on equipment 3. Conducting regular inspections to detect failures or wear Requirements * Technician or university graduate in Mechanics, Hydraulics, Machinery Maintenance, or a related field. * Proficiency in using specialized tools for hydraulic systems, such as pressure gauges, test pumps, hydraulic fluid analyzers, among others. * Commitment to continuous learning. * Results-oriented. Responsibilities * Assist in performing preventive maintenance tasks, such as lubricating moving parts, replacing filters and hydraulic fluids, and verifying system pressures. * Assist in repairing faults in hydraulic systems, including replacing damaged or worn components. * Assist in installing new hydraulic components on equipment, such as pumps, cylinders, control valves, hoses, among others. * Ensure all hydraulic systems are correctly configured and aligned for safe and efficient operation. * Conduct regular inspections of equipment hydraulic systems to detect potential failures or wear in components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, or other components.
