At Auna, we operate with a comprehensive, person-centered healthcare model, the most important pillar of our mission. **Job Mission:** Provide care for cancer prevention and early detection, as well as comprehensive care for patients and their families throughout the diagnostic process. **Job Responsibilities:** Comply with biosafety standards, care guidelines, job function manuals, and procedures in the oncology area. Effectively and promptly assess, treat, and evaluate human responses arising from diagnostic and/or treatment procedures in the oncology field. Establish an effective therapeutic relationship with hospitalized oncology patients. Be knowledgeable about wound care procedures, biopsies, punctures, and others. Prepare the patient's unit with equipment according to various invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures as required. Recognize manifestations of complications in oncology patients undergoing procedures. Operate diagnostic and treatment equipment such as cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and cardiac defibrillators.
