Diverse technical services for industrial equipment Job Description: At Inducom, we are looking for a technical service provider to support our After-Sales department: **We require:** * Minimum **2 years** of experience in after-sales or **technical support** within the industrial sector. * Experience with **pumping systems, industrial gearboxes, and motors.** * Proficiency in **welding and assembling pump system bases.** * CRM proficiency: Experience with Odoo or other management systems (desirable). **Skills:** * Ability to resolve problems and handle customer complaints. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers. * Customer satisfaction and loyalty orientation. **Services required:** * Diagnostics and repairs of industrial equipment such as pumps (of various types), electric motors, gearboxes, etc. * Coordination with sales and technical departments regarding after-sales service delivery. * Conducting technical visits when external support is required. * Issuing technical reports covering diagnostics, repairs, and functional testing. **Service Conditions** * Service provision (on a time-based or activity\-based \- service basis) * Position evaluation for permanent employment. * Growth opportunities in a multinational company with expanding operations across 4 Latin American countries and the United States.
