We seek a professional with solid experience in construction supervision and maintenance, committed to safety, quality, and achievement of objectives. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * **Mechanical or Mechanical-Electrical Engineer** * Candidates holding and registered degrees in **Electrical Engineering**, meeting the required experience, will also be considered. **Experience:** * Minimum proven experience as Supervisor for metallic structure maintenance. * Minimum experience as Supervisor for telecommunications infrastructure. * Prior experience as Site Resident in maintenance projects is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise technical teams, nurses, and rescuers during installation and maintenance activities. * Verify compliance with schedules, technical procedures, and safety standards. * Prepare technical reports, progress reports, accountability reports, and engineering drawings. * Manage permits, tools, equipment, and materials required for field activities. * Participate in coordination meetings with project clients and users. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Conflict resolution and effective decision-making. * Organization and discipline in project execution. * Responsibility, commitment, and results orientation. **Benefits** * Join a stable company with over 10 years in the market. * Participation in high-impact projects at the national level. * Suitable working conditions at the camp.
