Job Summary: CORPORACIÓN METAL FRIO SAC is seeking a Field Supervisor PDR/SSOMA for the industrial refrigeration and air conditioning industry, responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting a preventive safety culture. Proficiency in Peruvian occupational safety and health regulations CORPORACIÓN METAL FRIO SAC is searching for top talent to join our team as a FIELD SUPERVISOR \-PDR / SSOMA in the industrial refrigeration and air conditioning sector. Candidates must hold a degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. · Bachelor's degree and/or Technical or University title. · Minimum 2+ years of experience in risk prevention. · Specialized training in high-risk work activities. · Training in courses or diplomas on Occupational Safety and Health Management, fire extinguisher use, emergency response teams, first aid, etc. · Familiarity with Peruvian Occupational Safety and Health Law, completion and preparation of IPERC, ATS, (PETAR), safety plans, etc. · Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc. · Willingness to perform fieldwork across various locations. · Familiarity with Peruvian Occupational Safety and Health Law, completion and preparation of IPERC, ATS, (PETAR), safety plans, etc. · Valid A1 driver's license **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Develop and maintain up-to-date records and requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System according to current national regulations. · Monitor compliance with safety regulations. · Plan, formulate, and coordinate comprehensive safety plans for technical staff (safety talks, inductions). · Supervise high-risk activities and oversee the provision and renewal of personal protective equipment (PPE). · Promote a preventive safety culture among workers. · Ensure tools used by technical field staff are in good working condition. · Report safety deficiencies or other issues identified to management. · Perform any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **SKILLS:** · Proactive · Responsible · Organized · Team player **BENEFITS:** Competitive compensation based on evaluation / Positive work environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per hour Work location: On-site employment
