**OHS SUPERVISOR - CURTAIN WALL** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree Engineer WITH CURRENT PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION for at least 02 years * 02 years of experience. * University safety diploma and work certificates must specify the projects where they have worked. * Experience in occupational health and safety (OHS) and environmental management. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation. * Experience supervising high-risk tasks (working at heights, suspended scaffolding, multidirectional scaffolding). * Experience in OHS and environmental management. * Experience in construction site supervision. * Experience in public sector projects, preparation of safety dossiers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct daily safety talks and training for personnel at various sites as assigned by supervisor. * Train and instruct own staff and subcontractors on established occupational health and safety procedures and controls. * Identify, report, and take action to control or reduce risks identified in work areas. * Inspect proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Manage distribution, replacement, and loss-related replenishment of PPE to workers, maintaining a monthly consumption record. * Conduct scheduled inspections on OHS topics (fire extinguishers, emergency lights, signage, PPE, collective protection equipment, first aid kits, vehicles, forklifts, tools, safety data sheets, etc.). * Verify that employees and/or subcontractors possess valid SCTR and EMO insurance. * Supervise and conduct pre-use inspections of equipment for high-risk operations (hot work, working at heights, confined space entry, and/or suspended load operations, when applicable). * Provide first aid and activate emergency response teams in case of an emergency. * Conduct new employee safety inductions upon hiring in coordination with HR, and throughout their employment. * Coordinate and participate in emergency drills, measuring response times of plant/shop/construction personnel. * Support the formation of Safety Committees (CSST). * Ensure order and cleanliness are maintained across all work areas. * Report OHS statistics and monitor implementation of preventive measures. * Supervise safety and environmental conditions during material loading and unloading. * Maintain and update Standard Safe Work Procedures. * Implement corrective actions for personnel violating safety and environmental standards. * Monitor solid waste segregation practices. * Track compliance with required OHS documentation for visitors and subcontractors according to HPD standards.
