**OHS SUPERVISOR - CURTAIN WALL - CONSTRUCTION** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered Engineer with at least 02 years of registration * Minimum 02 years of experience. * University safety diploma and work certificates must specify the construction sites where they have worked. * Experience in occupational health and safety (OHS) and environmental management. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation. * Experience supervising high-risk activities (working at heights, suspended scaffolding, multidirectional scaffolding). * Experience in OHS and environmental management. * Experience in construction site supervision. * Experience in public sector projects, preparation of safety dossiers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct daily safety meetings and training for personnel at different sites as assigned by the supervisor. * Train and instruct both direct and subcontracted personnel on established occupational health and safety procedures and controls. * Identify, report, and take action to control or reduce risks identified in work areas. * Inspect the use and proper maintenance of PPE. * Manage the distribution, replacement, and reissuance of lost PPE to employees, maintaining a monthly consumption record. * Conduct scheduled inspections regarding OHS (fire extinguishers, emergency lights, signage, PPE, EPC, first aid kits, vehicles, forklifts, tools, safety data sheets, among others). * Verify that employees and/or subcontractors possess valid SCTR and medical exams (EMOs). * Supervise and conduct pre-use inspections of equipment for high-risk tasks (hot work, working at heights, confined space entry, and/or lifting operations, when required). * Provide first aid and activate emergency response teams in case of an emergency. * Conduct new employee inductions upon hiring in coordination with HR, and throughout their employment. * Coordinate and participate in emergency drills, measuring response times of plant/shop/construction personnel. * Support the formation of Safety Committees (CSST). * Ensure order and cleanliness are maintained across all work areas. * Report OHS statistics and monitor the implementation of preventive measures. * Supervise safety and environmental conditions during material loading and unloading. * Maintain and update Standard Safe Work Procedures. * Implement corrective actions for employees failing to comply with safety and environmental standards. * Monitor solid waste segregation practices. * Follow up on compliance with OHS documentation requirements set by HPD for visitors and subcontractors. **BENEFITS:** * Payroll inclusion from the first day. * Full social benefits. * Construction site working hours. * One free day for birthday.
