* Graduate Engineer in Environmental, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, or related fields * Professional license active and up to date * Minimum of 1 year of experience as SSOMA Supervisor. * Knowledge in industrial hygiene, emergency brigades, current regulations in OHS. * Knowledge of current legislation. * Experience in similar positions required. * Availability to travel to provinces for occasional supervision **FUNCTIONS:** * Organize, implement and supervise the execution of safety plans and programs (Annual Occupational Health and Safety Program, Procedures, IPER and others) in coordination with company departments. * Develop training programs, provide training, disseminate throughout the organization, and train personnel for emergency situations. * Identify hazards, quantify and prioritize risk factors in Industrial Hygiene and Safety. * Define and manage indicators, and monitor their compliance. * Establish action plans to achieve established goals. * Documentation implementation and others * Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
