Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Engineer to organize, implement, and supervise safety plans, train personnel, and manage industrial hygiene and safety indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in the implementation and supervision of safety plans. 2. Training and capacity building in occupational safety and health. 3. Risk management and industrial hygiene indicators. * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, or related fields. * Registered professional with a valid license. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor. * Knowledge of industrial hygiene, emergency response teams, and current Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Familiarity with current legislation. * Experience in similar positions. * Willingness to travel to provinces for occasional supervision. **FUNCTIONS:** * Organize, implement, and supervise the execution of safety plans and programs (Annual Occupational Safety and Health Program, Procedures, IPER, and others) in coordination with company departments. * Develop training programs, deliver training, and disseminate information across the organization, including emergency response training for staff. * Identify hazards, quantify and prioritize risk factors in industrial hygiene and safety. * Define and manage indicators, and monitor compliance. * Develop action plans to achieve established goals. * Documentation implementation and other duties. * Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. Employment Type: Full-time. Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month. Work Location: On-site employment.
