Collaborative and dynamic work environment **COST AND VALUATION SPECIALIST** *Higher Education Project: La Punta – Callao* At **GEVICOM**, we continue to grow and are looking to bring on board a committed professional with experience in construction projects. **We Offer:** * Join a company with growing projects. * Opportunity for professional development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Formal employment registration. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Occupational Health and Safety Engineer, or Environmental Engineer, duly registered and licensed. * Minimum of 02 years’ experience in SIMILAR projects. * \*Minimum of 04 participations as a Cost and Valuation Specialist in similar projects **General and Similar Project Experience** **must be substantiated by participation as:** Valuation Specialist and/or Valuation Engineer, and/or Measurement Specialist and/or Valuation and Settlement Engineer, and/or Measurement and Budgeting Engineer and/or Specialist, and/or Cost Specialist, and/or Budgeting Specialist, in execution and/or supervision. **GENERAL PROJECTS** are defined as civil engineering works, basic infrastructure equipment and/or building construction, with the following definitions: **CIVIL ENGINEERING WORKS:** Civil works encompassing infrastructure construction (roads, public utilities, etc.), equipment and/or any other type of structure. **BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE EQUIPMENT:** A set of constructions and buildings designated for sanitation and electrification services. **BUILDING CONSTRUCTION:** Permanent structures intended to house human activities, including fixed and ancillary installations attached thereto. **SIMILAR PROJECTS** refer to public and/or private projects involving educational facility buildings, institutes, productive technical centers, health posts, health centers, specialized medical centers, polyclinics, hospitals, clinics, universities, multi-family housing, offices, multi-family and/or apartment units, institutions, penitentiary centers, police stations, commercial centers, sports complexes and stadiums.
