




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Care Representative with advanced proficiency in Portuguese to join the team of a leading travel services company, providing assistance and support to multilingual customers. Currently, we are recruiting Customer Care Representatives with advanced Portuguese proficiency (a language proficiency test will be administered). **1. Main Responsibilities** \- Assisting our customers through various support channels (email, social media, chat, phone). \- Clarifying inquiries, managing reservations, modifications, and cancellations initiated by customers before booking and/or after having an existing reservation. \- Contacting suppliers to resolve customer-related incidents. \- Supporting our customers in 5 languages (Spanish, English, Portuguese, Italian, French). \- No sales activities involved. **2. Requirements** Completed technical or university studies in related fields: Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Translation and Interpretation, among others. Minimum 6 months of experience in digital-channel customer service (call center, chat, or email). Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish (spoken and written) — certification of studies or work experience required. Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written) — certification of studies or work experience required. Personal laptop required for remote workdays. Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and commitment. Availability to work in Miraflores (facing Parque Las Tradiciones — three blocks from Ricardo Palma Metro station). **Fixed Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: On-site Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: Remote Rotating day off: One weekday per week (Saturday or Sunday). **Available Shifts** AM Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. PM Shift: 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. **3.
