Additional technical training (desirable) in Proposal Management Construction Contracts, Budgets, Costs, Strategic Project Planning General Experience Minimum 10 years in the construction and infrastructure works sector Proven experience in preparation and submission of project proposals, **Costs**, **Unit Prices**; public and private sectors, large-scale projects. Leading multidisciplinary teams, presenting proposals to clients and executives, ensuring accurate project costing. **Responsibilities** * Strategic management, supervision, and coordination of EPC project economic proposals * Communication with company executives * Design and validate participation strategies, focusing on profitability and technical compliance * Coordinate with technical office, costs, planning, finance, and legal departments * Supervise preparation of technical, administrative, and economic documentation * Approve indirect costs, margins, and financial conditions included in the proposal * Represent the company before public entities, private clients, and multilateral organizations * Ensure compliance with Peruvian regulations (OSCE, SNIP, OxI) and international standards (FIDIC, BID, CAF) * Implement control tools (Power BI dashboards, checklists, EVM) to improve productivity and traceability If interested, apply through this channel Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.12,000.00 - S/.16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
