Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Supervisor - Last Mile to oversee the execution, quality, and maintenance of fiber optic networks and to train technical staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of execution and compliance with installation standards. 2. Training and reinforcement of Last Mile installation processes. 3. Fault tracking and preparation of installation reports. We are a telecommunications company with over 30 years in the market, working with fiber optic, satellite network, microwave, and other providers across Peru. We are currently seeking a Field Supervisor - Last Mile: **Requirements:** * Technician in electronics, telecommunications, networking, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a fiber optic field supervisor. * Work experience in installation, configuration, de-installation, and maintenance of fiber optic networks and equipment. * Work experience supervising technical field crews. * Residency in the Rímac district or Cercado de Lima. * Valid driver’s license. * Immediate availability. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one rotating day off. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise proper use of PPEs and tools authorized by the client. * Verify compliance with installation standards and client-specified requirements. * Supervise proper quality verification of supplied materials and their correct installation. * Conduct training and reinforcement sessions on the Last Mile installation standard process. * Supervise, monitor, and report on installations and technical visits conducted by field crews. * Prepare reports on supervised installations and visits. * Track faults reported under warranty and reinforce technical staff on root causes and reasons. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Conditions and Benefits:** * Work schedule: Monday through Sunday with one rotating day off. * 90% field work and 10% office work. * Salary: S/.1,800.00 on full payroll. * Ongoing training opportunities.
