At **Liberty Soluciones Inmobiliarias**, we are looking for a **Corporate Interior Designer** with **experience in office design** and modern workspaces, who not only executes designs but also **consistently proposes ideas, solutions, and improvements**. This person will be responsible for transforming spaces into functional, attractive environments aligned with the identity of our corporate projects. **What will be your role?** You will lead the creative and functional aspects of interior design for our office and coworking projects, coordinating with suppliers, proposing concepts, and guiding each space from idea to implementation. **Key responsibilities:** * Design office spaces, coworking areas, and corporate environments. * Propose concepts, layouts, and styles aligned with the company’s identity. * Prepare floor plans, renders, and visual presentations of projects. * Consistently propose improvements, creative ideas, and space optimization solutions. * Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes. * Coordinate directly with your own suppliers (furniture, finishes, lighting, etc.). * Request and compare quotations. * Oversee design implementation through to execution. * Present proposals and progress updates to management. **Requirements:** * Professional or technical degree in **Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture**. * **Proven experience in office, coworking, or corporate space design.** * Proficiency in design tools such as: * AutoCAD * SketchUp * Lumion, V\-Ray, Enscape, Revit or other rendering software * Ability to develop concepts, renders, and visual presentations. * **Own supplier network** (furniture, finishes, lighting, decoration, etc.). * Strong communication, organization, and proactive skills. * Ability to propose ideas and solutions. **Benefits:** * Salary of S/. 1800 * Formal employment registration. * Pleasant work environment. * Growth opportunities. * Ongoing training.
