Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer for the Technical Office, responsible for economic, technical, and contractual administrative management in building construction projects. Drawing control and RFI management to prevent interferences A real estate construction company is looking for a Civil Engineer to work as a Technical Office Engineer. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer in building construction projects. * Proficiency in S10 (Project Management and Budgeting Module). * Knowledge of PMBOK, AutoCAD, BIM RESPONSIBILITIES * Economic Management: Monthly preparation, analysis, and interpretation of the Operating Result (RO) and closing projections. * Responsible for reviewing and preparing quotation comparisons. * Validate subcontractor valuations. * Manage subcontractor settlements. * Technical Management: Drawing control, coordination, and RFI management to prevent field interferences. * Contractual Administration: Mastery of construction and subcontract agreements to correctly apply penalties, retentions, and extras. * Approve construction purchase orders. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
