Piemayka Importadora SAC is recognized for its reliability and commitment to supporting various industrial sectors across the region. ***Job Description*** This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cercado de Lima, intended for technical students from the **6th cycle onwards**, or those nearing completion of studies in business / industrial engineering / administration / management / business, to fill the role of ***Pre-Professional Logistics Intern***. The role involves performing administrative tasks, office duties, and providing support in organizational operations. Daily responsibilities include preparing invoices, shipping guides, quotations, providing executive administrative support, organizing merchandise, occasionally collecting and delivering goods, and maintaining accurate product records. The candidate will be a fundamental part of ensuring smooth office operations and efficient administration. ***Qualifications:*** * Proficiency in administrative assistance and knowledge of numbers/accounting to effectively support office operations. * Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members. * Competence in office tasks, such as file management, data organization, and record maintenance. * Ability to work with attention to detail and maintain high levels of accuracy in administrative tasks. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and complementary software is highly beneficial. * Prior experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred but not mandatory. ***Working Hours:*** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm / Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Holidays and Sundays off. ***Office Location:*** Cercado de Lima \- Preferably residing in the surrounding district.
