The professional will be responsible for ensuring the technical-financial consistency of the project and compliance with established procedures. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Professional Degree:** Civil Engineer or Architect. * **Minimum Experience: 12 months** of experience in **healthcare facility construction projects**, having performed any of the following roles: Specialist, Engineer, Supervisor, Resident Engineer, Manager, Responsible Officer, Coordinator, Inspector in the following specialties: Construction Costs, Budgeting, Valuations, Project Settlements, Measurements, Planning and Costing, Construction Cost Control, Construction Scheduling, Project Planning, Technical Office. **Key Competencies** * Proficiency in measurements, unit cost analysis, and budgeting. * Knowledge of procurement regulations, valuation procedures, and construction control processes. * Ability to prepare and present technical-economic reports. * Accuracy, sound technical judgment, and focus on controlling variations and risks.
