A transportation company is seeking a responsible, proactive, and experienced Cargo Transportation Coordinator. The candidate must have experience in planning and assigning units for customer-required routes. Knowledge of mechanics for preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance is required. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent communication and leadership skills to lead and motivate their team. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of technical programs in automotive mechanics (SENATI or other institutes), administration, or related fields. Intermediate-level Office (Excel) proficiency. Minimum 1 year of experience. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety procedures (desirable). Availability to work in the **field** and office. Leadership, communication, and teamwork capabilities. FUNCTIONS: Oversee transportation unit operations and jointly structure fleet scheduling with the Fleet Supervisor. Review and analyze daily reports on unit and service incidents. Fuel consumption, maintenance, and fleet documentation reporting. Monitor routes to communicate delivery status to customers, as well as immediate solutions for any unforeseen events. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety procedures. Prepare fleet management and control reports. Develop and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for engines, braking systems, suspension, tires, electrical systems, etc. Manage corrective maintenance when failures occur, coordinating with external workshops. Inspect the physical condition of vehicles to minimize the impact of repairs on routes. Track repairs, spare parts, and labor. Monitor indicators of downtime, failure frequency, and repair efficiency.
