




Position Summary: Provide support in organizational well-being and marketing management, contributing to strengthening the work climate, internal and external communication, and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in occupational well-being and organizational climate. 2. Support in internal communication campaigns and institutional marketing. 3. Content management for social media and internal channels. **Position Objective:** Provide support in the management of **organizational well-being and marketing**, contributing to strengthening the work climate, internal and external communication, as well as brand positioning, ensuring proper execution and follow-up of assigned activities. **Main Functions:** * Support the planning and implementation of occupational well-being, integration, and organizational climate activities. * Support the development of internal communication campaigns and institutional marketing. * Update and manage content for social media, internal channels, and dissemination materials. * Support the preparation of reports, internal templates, and monitoring of well-being and marketing indicators. **Position Requirements:** * Technical training in **Marketing, Communications, Administration, Human Resources**, or related fields; or currently pursuing undergraduate studies. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in well-being, marketing, communications, human resources, or administrative support (preferred). **Working Conditions:** * Office hours. * Market-competitive salary, subject to evaluation. **Position Type:** Full-time, Permanent **Work Location:** Surquillo Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: On-site employment
