Applications are open to women and men. -Job Conditions Salary: S/1,450.00 on payroll under the MYPE regime, scalable according to learning, knowledge, and performance On-site modality -Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm -Lunch break between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm -Work location near downtown Lima; exact address will be provided to pre-selected candidates -Payroll enrollment from day one, statutory benefits, and continuous training with career development path -Main Responsibilities -Administrative and commercial management -Issuance of payment receipts for sales conducted on marketplaces and other platforms, as well as on VENTY’s own e-commerce site -Recording and monitoring of sales, shipments, returns, and daily transactions Operational logistics -Packaging and preparation of products for shipment -Coordinating deliveries with couriers and pickups at collection centers -Managing returns and complaints, including tracking and coordinating resolutions -Internal logistics support: product sorting, restocking, classification, and preparation of subsequent orders for the website and marketplaces -Optional graphic design support -Only if the applicant possesses basic knowledge and wishes to assist -Creation and adaptation of visual assets for marketplaces, VENTY’s website, social media, and corporate WhatsApp -Other related responsibilities -General support in administrative, logistics, and design tasks as required by the department -Applicant Profile -Organized, responsible individual capable of following processes -Good communication and customer service skills -Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop or Canva) preferred but not mandatory -Prior experience in e-commerce or logistics preferred but not essential . -Requirements- Minimum education: Technical degree Less than 1 year of experience Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Organization, Tracking, Sales Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, administrative, logistics, logistica
