Knowledge of history, mineralogy, general culture, and customer service. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Languages: Advanced English and Advanced French. Main Responsibilities: Provide visitor reception, guidance, and information regarding the museum’s history, culture, and collection. Plan and coordinate tour logistics to ensure a high-quality experience. Promote responsible tourism practices and distribute informational materials. Manage the database of schools, institutions, and travel agencies. Support educational workshops, cultural fairs, and other museum activities. Ensure group safety, communicate emergency procedures, and assist in special situations.
