Learn about our opening for IP MPLS SDN CORE O\&M COORDINATOR. * Ensure proper operation of network elements associated with the IP Datacomm network through continuous performance monitoring and tracking. * Investigate, prioritize, diagnose, resolve, and recover incidents occurring on IP Datacomm equipment. * Coordinate, from an operational perspective, various initiatives and projects involving elements associated with IP Datacomm equipment. * Review, approve, and execute MOPs related to IP Datacomm equipment. * Provide 24x7 support for all incidents related to IP Datacomm equipment. * Monitor and track operational and security incidents related to IP Datacomm equipment. * Schedule, coordinate, and report activities to be performed during maintenance windows related to Wholesale Services. * Coordinate vendor support, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs. * Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for IP Datacomm equipment. * Coordinate new implementation works, requirements, and procedures related to Wholesale Services. * Work in multidisciplinary teams to collaboratively solve network problems. * Fulfill the portion of the Management System applicable to your role and manage records under your responsibility. * Comply with standards, policies, procedures, and internal guidelines of the Quality Management System. * Provide necessary resources for implementing the Corporate Crime Prevention Model and facilitate required information for identifying MPD risks within your area. * Comply with, and ensure your teams comply with, guidelines established in implemented and/or certified Management Systems. * Actively participate in the development, implementation, and improvement of Management Systems, and promote them within your teams. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * CCNA knowledge (mandatory); CCNP and ITIL knowledge will be considered. * Knowledge of structured cabling systems. * Knowledge of data networks (preferred). * Knowledge of Snort, Nmap, Nagios, Ethereal, Tcpdump, and open-source security tools and applications. * Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems. * Knowledge of telecommunications project management. * Solid knowledge of networking solution design and troubleshooting (preferably in telecom). * Experience implementing networking and security solutions (routers, firewalls, switches, IPS). * Strong understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, routing protocols, QoS, MPLS, VRRP, VPN. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
