Job Summary: We are seeking an audiovisual content creator with experience in social media, capable of directing video shoots, writing scripts, and managing online communities. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: Create, film, and edit high-impact audiovisual content for TikTok (priority), Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Direct video shoots with collaborators and clients (script, tone, energy, and commercial focus). Write scripts for tutorials, videos, and promotional content, leveraging AI tools. Host and manage TikTok Live sessions (live broadcasts) while interacting with the audience. Manage social media platforms as a Community Manager (posting, engagement, trend monitoring, and growth). Support graphic design tasks when required by the brand (posts, stories, brochures). Analyze content metrics and performance to propose improvements and strategies. Operate cameras, equipment, and lighting for content creation. Key Requirements: Graduate or degree holder in Audiovisual Communication (preferred) or related fields: Marketing, Advertising, or Design. Minimum 1 year of experience in digital content creation (preferred). Proficiency in editing tools such as: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. CapCut and native TikTok/Instagram tools. Knowledge of camera or smartphone filming, lighting, and audio recording. Confident, communicative, and comfortable appearing on camera (Reels, TikToks, Lives). Some experience hosting TikTok Live sessions (mandatory). Creativity, proactivity, organization, and commercial orientation. Portfolio required (videos, Reels, or managed social media accounts). Ideal Profile: Creative, dynamic, and organized individual. Excellent communication skills and strong on-camera presence. Ability to lead video shoots and collaborate effectively in teams. Familiarity with viral trends and commercially oriented content.
