Requires excellent communication and organizational skills. **Junior Recruiting Specialist** **Availability:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (Peru time). **Location:** Lima\- Peru We are looking for a motivated and proactive **Junior Recruiting Specialist** to support mass hourly temporary staffing within our growing division. If you enjoy connecting with people, are organized, and feel comfortable making high-volume calls, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Screen and evaluate candidates interested in temporary positions. * Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process. * Support onboarding tasks: documentation, background checks, and orientations. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS with clear notes and effective communication. * Provide support for frequently asked questions, creation of software accounts for new hires, and preparation for their first day of work. **Skills and Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR BPO * Advanced English level **(B2\+/C1\)** * Relationship-focused mindset, valuing the impact of helping others secure employment. * Excellent listening and empathy skills. * Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities. * Basic knowledge of digital tools and ATS systems. \#Reclutamiento25 Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * On a scale of 1 to 10, what level of conversational English do you currently have? * What is your current salary expectation in USD?
