We are currently recruiting a **BIM Coordinator** to join our team. **About the Role** * Project Planning and Tracking: Create and manage detailed BIM-based project schedules. Monitor progress and propose adjustments to timelines and resources as project needs evolve. * BIM Model Management: Coordinate integration of multidisciplinary BIM models (architecture, structure, MEP). Ensure models are up-to-date and accurate to reflect real-time changes. * Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate communication among design teams, construction teams, and stakeholders. Conduct virtual coordination sessions and model reviews on BIM platforms (Navisworks, Revit, etc.). * Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize construction resources and processes using 4D simulations and cost analysis. Support clash detection and resolution using BIM coordination tools. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure models and processes comply with local and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650). Generate required technical reports and documentation. **Qualifications – External** **About You** * Civil Engineering professional * BIM specialization or certification (desirable) * Minimum 3 years’ experience in BIM-based project planning * Experience in large-scale construction projects * Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, BIM 360, etc.) * Experience in scheduling using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project * Knowledge of 4D and 5D simulations * Availability to work on-site Working for Ausenco means you won’t settle for the status quo—you’ll be part of a culturally diverse, future-focused organization.
