Position Summary: We are seeking a Budget and Cost Analyst to review technical files, prepare quantity takeoffs, request quotations, and develop construction budgets and ratio-based budgets. Use of specialized software such as Soluflex, AutoCAD, Presto, or S10 At Imagina, we are currently seeking a Budget and Cost Analyst. The main responsibilities include: * Reviewing the project’s technical file to enable budgeting. * Reviewing and preparing quantity takeoffs for all items involved in the project. * Requesting quotations from material suppliers and subcontractors to identify costs. * Preparing the construction budget using Soluflex software. * Developing ratio-based budgets for land evaluation and acquisition. * Comparing amounts and ratios from completed projects with new budgets. * Reviewing technical files and evaluating economic proposals for electrical, sanitary, ACI, HVAC, and communications installations. Requirements: * Two years of experience in similar positions. * Certified experience in cost management and Operational Summaries. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering. * Intermediate-level proficiency in AutoCAD; intermediate-level proficiency in Presto or S10.
