Automate scheduling and shift management based on operational planning and scheduling criteria. 2\. Manage, monitor, and improve performance indicators. 3\. Develop and track strategies with diverse stakeholders—from clinical staff to senior management. 4\. Analyze role behaviors and clinical workload demand. 5\. Diagnose the variable staffing expense control plan (overtime hours, night-shift bonuses, exclusivity allowances, etc.). 6\. Interact with leaders to review diagnoses and results on a biweekly and monthly basis. 7\. Identify monthly opportunities based on interactions, scheduling, and personnel management. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
