CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Contracting Company: FIXS SERVICE S.A.C (general services company) Position: CIVIL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (IN-HOUSE for DP World) Location: Callao and Ventanilla (candidates living in nearby areas are preferred) Schedule Options: * Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (no Saturday shift) (48 weekly hours, with 45 minutes of daily break) * Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with Saturday shift) (48 weekly hours, with 45 minutes of daily break) REQUIREMENTS: * Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, licensed and qualified. (Mandatory) * Microsoft Office Excel - Intermediate Level * Previous experience using EAM or ERP systems will be valued. * Valid driver's license category A1 (Mandatory) * Minimum of 02 years of experience in similar roles. (Mandatory) * Experience in construction and/or maintenance of warehouses and industrial buildings. (Roofs, metal structures, foundations, Racks, etc.) (Desirable) * Experience in pavement construction and/or maintenance. (Mandatory) * Experience in construction and/or maintenance of stormwater drainage systems. * Knowledge in execution of minor civil works and corrective-preventive maintenance of metal structures, gutters, platforms, drains. * Experience in road marking or traffic signage painting, offices, facades, metal structures, and anti-corrosion treatment. (Desirable) * Experience in plumbing work. (Desirable) * Experience in minor arc welding, cutting, and grinding tasks. (Desirable) * Experience in drywall partitioning, porcelain tiling, and minor civil repairs. (Desirable) * Certification in blueprint interpretation and quantity surveying. (Mandatory) * Certification in sidewalk maintenance and paving. (Mandatory) * Intermediate level AUTOCAD course. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of civil works supervision processes and material quality control.
