




**Job Summary** We are looking for a Community Manager with graphic design skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining an active digital community, strengthening brand image, and generating creative content to boost positioning. **Responsibilities** * Design and execute strategic social media content plans. * Create graphic assets aligned with the brand’s visual identity. * Write professional, clear, and creative copy. * Schedule and manage social media posts. * Manage advertising campaigns. * Manage interaction with the digital community. * Monitor digital trends and adapt them to the brand. * Track key metrics and generate performance reports. * Apply knowledge of artificial intelligence platforms and prompt engineering to streamline content production. **Essential Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Design, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience managing corporate social media accounts. * Proficiency in graphic design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, among others). * Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO and SEM optimization. * Proficiency in Meta Business. * Availability to appear on camera. * Analytical ability and strategic thinking skills. **Benefits:** * Career path * Hybrid work model Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
