Responsibilities: * Operate drum-type concrete mixer safely. * Verify proper equipment functionality before starting operations. * Accurately dose materials (cement, sand, gravel, and water). * Control concrete mixing time and quality. * Discharge concrete at the designated location, avoiding waste. * Coordinate with site personnel for concrete supply. * Keep the mixer clean during and after operation. * Perform basic maintenance and report mechanical failures. * Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements.
