We seek a communications student or someone in a related field (recent graduates or students in their final semesters) with a disruptive mindset, strong learning ability, and passion for visual and written communication. You do not need to be a marketing expert—we will train you. What you do need is a willingness to learn dentistry and a desire to communicate differently. WE ARE NOT SEEKING FREELANCERS NOR ADVERTISING AGENCIES. **What will you do in this role?** * **Content research and curation:** Analyze dental health trends, scientific papers, and common patient questions to transform them into creative ideas. * **Graphic concept development:** Design sketches and visual ideas (digital art) for execution by the design team or yourself. * **Content strategy:** Apply creativity techniques to develop real value propositions for clinics and businesses in the sector. * **AI utilization:** Learn and apply generative AI tools to optimize creative processes. **What will you learn and master with us?** * **Advanced creativity techniques:** Design Thinking, Synectics, Lateral Thinking, etc. * **Productivity and organization tools:** Professional-level Notion and Google Drive. * **Design and editing tools:** Canva, CapCut, and rapid-editing platforms. * **Technology and AI:** Magnific AI, workflow automation, and AI agent creation for marketing. * **Copywriting and storytelling:** Persuasive and ethical writing applied to the health sector. **Minimum Requirements:** * Student in final semesters or graduate in communications, advertising, or marketing. * **Excellent writing and spelling (essential for medical credibility).** * **Curiosity about technology, social media, and artificial intelligence.** * Preference for health-related content; training will be provided, but some prior experience is required. * Basic portfolio or samples of your own content (e.g., managing your own social media accounts, TikTok channels, blogs, etc.—this will earn you extra points). * Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines. What We Offer: **Ongoing, specialized training:** Health marketing and applied Artificial Intelligence. * **Work modality:** In-person * **Schedule:** Part-time for 2 months of paid training; the position is projected for 1 year as a desirable goal.
