Therefore, we seek to rehire a design leader who combines technical expertise, leadership, and field orientation, and who wishes to join a high-potential team. **What will be your challenge?** You will be responsible for leading the design department, ensuring that projects are designed, evaluated, and executed with technical precision, quality, and efficiency—working closely with the production department and clients. **Main Responsibilities** \- Lead and organize the design team. \- Conduct client site visits for: taking measurements, conducting technical evaluations of new projects. \- Develop and/or validate: fabrication and repair drawings, updates to existing drawings, and material cost estimation based on measurements, scope, and client requirements. \- Prepare technical reports for completed projects. \- Ensure quality control from design through delivery. **What are we looking for in you?** \- Technical or university education in: industrial design, mechanical engineering, or metal-mechanical engineering. \- Experience in: design applied to metal-mechanical structures or heavy machinery. \- Fieldwork experience (measurements, technical evaluations). \- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks). \- Ability to lead teams and streamline processes. \- Practical, observant profile with strong technical judgment. \- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with clients and internal teams. **We highly value if you also have:** \- Prior experience leading small teams. \- Knowledge of manufacturing and welding processes. \- Genuine motivation to grow and make a meaningful impact in the department.
