Purpose of the Position** * Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and specialized technical support, guaranteeing the proper operation of automotive equipment sold by the automotive system and reinforcing brand trust through solutions, advisory services, and training. **2\. Academic Qualifications** * Automotive mechanic technician or graduate in automotive engineering or mechanical engineering (final cycles). * Specialization or courses in automotive diagnostics, hybrid and electric vehicles, ADAS systems, or automotive electronics (desirable). **3\. Experience** * Preferably 2 years of experience in technical support, workshop equipment maintenance, automotive diagnostics, or related areas. * Experience in customer service and resolution of technical issues. * Experience delivering technical training or demonstrations (desirable). **4\. Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of automotive equipment: scanners, oscilloscopes, gas analyzers, opacity meters, wheel alignment machines, vehicle lifts, EV chargers, etc. * Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle systems (desirable). * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals. * Proficiency in diagnostic, calibration, and/or equipment update software. * Ability to perform installations, configurations, and commissioning. * Fault diagnosis and warranty management.
