We are looking for (6) **Industrial Electricians** / **Electrical Engineer** with experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in industrial environments. For our CALLAO office. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for installing conduits, electrical panels, wiring, and troubleshooting medium-voltage systems. * Work under pressure. * Effectively and promptly perform technical operational services within their specialty, according to established service requirements. * Ensure timely delivery of completed services. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge of interpreting electrical diagrams. * Proficiency in using electrical measuring instruments. * Safe work practices and compliance with electrical standards. * Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well in teams and under pressure, responsibility, and punctuality. * Perform mechanical assembly tasks for electrical panels and conduits. * Submit daily electrical maintenance reports. * Carry out preventive and corrective electrical work. * Install and maintain industrial electrical installations. * Perform diagnostic, installation, and maintenance tasks on industrial motor control panels. * Maintain AC and DC electric machines. * Conduct electrical repairs and monitoring of plant equipment. * Install, operate, and maintain electrical installations powered by renewable energy sources. * Submit daily electrical maintenance reports. * Implement and maintain 5S standards in the area. * Availability to work in Callao. * Two years of relevant work experience (preferred). * Technical studies in industrial electricity, electronics, industrial processes, or related fields. * Immediate availability to start work. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) BENEFITS * Competitive market-based salary. * Direct payroll enrollment with statutory benefits: Bonus, CTS, Family Allowance, and Incentive Bonus. * Excellent working environment.
