Job Summary: Ensure the efficient, safe, and continuous operation of industrial and commercial air conditioning systems through installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosis, and repair. Experience in control and automation systems (BMS) Specialist Technician in High-Capacity Air Conditioning and HVAC Systems (Chillers, VRV, Roof Top) Job Objective: Ensure the efficient, safe, and continuous operation of industrial and commercial air conditioning systems—including high-capacity equipment and HVAC systems—through installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosis, and repair. Main Responsibilities: · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on: o Centrifugal and screw chillers (water/air). o Roof top units. o VRV/VRF systems. o Chilled water and circulation pumps. o Split and compact units. · Diagnose complex failures and propose technical solutions. · Monitor operational parameters and optimize energy efficiency. · Comply with safety protocols and current environmental regulations. · Prepare technical reports and maintenance records. Job Requirements: Academic Qualifications (expanded): · Technical or professional degrees in: o Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. o Electrical or Industrial Electronics. o Electromechanics. o Automation and Control. o Maintenance, Mechanical, or related Engineering. o Courses in energy efficiency and HVAC systems. o Preferred: training in building management systems (BMS). Experience: · Minimum 5 years in HVAC system maintenance: o Centrifugal and screw chillers. o Roof top units. o VRV/VRF systems. o Pumps and split units. · Experience in control and automation systems (BMS). Technical Knowledge: · Applied thermodynamics for industrial refrigeration. · Diagnosis of centrifugal and screw compressors. · Interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings. · Safety and environmental regulations.
