Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Engineer with experience in metal structures to optimize processes and supervise fabrication and assembly, managing quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimization of production processes and equipment efficiency. 2. Management and supervision of fabrication and installation of metal structures. 3. Quality control management for release of fabricated components. PRODUCTION ENGINEER **Academic and Technical Requirements:** * **Degree:** Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Technical Knowledge:** Mechanics, Piping, Metal Structures * **Software:** Proficiency in CAD, CAM, and CAE tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Matlab). * **Management:** Knowledge of quality control, ISO 55000, API/ANSI/OSHA standards, and ERPs such as SAP. * **Languages:** Intermediate English (non-restrictive) **Skills and Experience:** * **Experience:** Prior experience in metal structures, production planning, or manufacturing is typically required. * **Competencies:** Ability to design, install, operate, and maintain machinery and production systems. * **Soft Skills:** Analytical thinking, creativity for innovation, leadership, teamwork, and adaptability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Optimize production processes and equipment efficiency. * Manage plant production activities for metal structures. * Supervise fabrication, installation, and assembly of metal structures. * Manage quality control activities for release of fabricated components.
