Position Summary: A professional responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System, including identification of risks and opportunities, internal audits, and promotion of continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Design, implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System. 2. Promotion of continuous improvement and staff training. 3. Coordination and management of certification processes. Responsibilities: * Design, implement and maintain the Integrated Management System in accordance with applicable standards. * Identify and assess risks and opportunities in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 37001 processes. * Develop and update IMS documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions and records). * Supervise compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Plan and conduct internal management system audits. * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness. * Train staff on IMS-related topics and promote a culture of continuous improvement. * Monitor performance indicators and prepare management reports. * Manage incidents, nonconformities and complaints, proposing improvements. * Support certification and recertification processes with external bodies. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure system integration. * Promote continuous improvement of organizational processes. * Provide support to other areas. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in this position. * Bachelor's degree and/or graduate in Environmental Engineering or related fields. * Driver’s license A1 preferred. * Proficiency in ArcGIS software. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
