In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Act as the liaison between the business and the IT department, managing demands according to priorities for continuous improvement and projects. * Manage projects and improvements for business areas. * Comply with the guidelines, standards, and best practices defined in the SGS Playbook. * Manage the business or responsible area backlog (incidents, improvements, and projects). * Evaluate software solutions. * Manage budget (project costs or resources for business as usual). * Ensure project or service implementation within scope, time, cost, and quality. * Identify efficiencies in resource, time, and budget usage in collaboration with peers. * Stay updated on current technologies and explore new technologies. * Identify team issues and help resolve them. * Monitor the budget and keep budget information and cost center distribution up to date. * Coordinate production releases of solutions or resolved incidents together with technical leaders and COE. * Participate in gathering requirements for the product to be implemented and in project representation with business areas. * Define project scope, establish milestones or sprint deliveries. Perform task estimations in terms of time, cost, and quality. * Conduct detailed solution analysis and participate in defining user stories. * Supervise the development team from both technical and functional perspectives. * Ensure quality, adherence to best practices, and secure development standards. Manage production deployment with the user lead or PO, technical lead, and/or developers. * **Requirements** * Professionals with degrees in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, having worked on software development implementation projects or implementation of products or services such as eCommerce, CRM, campaign automation platforms, survey and satisfaction platforms. * Experience supervising technical teams. * Desirable knowledge of MS Azure DevOps and Software Development. * Desirable knowledge of project administration and management. * Mandatory knowledge of eCommerce VTEX, payment gateways Culqui or Monnet, CRMs Salesforce (Sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud), Qualtrics, Eloqua, Power BI. * Desirable knowledge of business intelligence. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Formal employment from day one. * Life Insurance as per law. * EPS bonus. * Constant training opportunities. * Corporate agreements.
