**Maintenance Coordinator** **Subsector:** Agroindustrial Fishing or Fishing Industry **Requirements** * Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Manage work orders, spare parts, and contractors. * Monitor indicators (MTBF, MTTR, costs, availability). * Prepare technical reports, budgets, and continuous improvement plans. * Lead technical projects and train area personnel. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance (fishing or industrial sector). * Intermediate Excel skills and Starsoft software (desirable). **Benefits** * Formal employment under general regime. * All statutory benefits. * Good working environment and career advancement opportunities.
