Tandem Textil, A leading garment export company with over 10 years in the market, delivering effective products and high-quality standards. **Do you want to join a great team?** We invite you to participate in the selection process for the position of: **Management Systems Coordinator**. **What is the purpose of this position?** To promote, manage, and ensure the proper implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of various management systems—such as Environmental Management (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO 45001), among others—under a strategic process-based and results-based management approach, aligned with established principles, regulatory frameworks, and policies, to optimize risk management, ensure business continuity, and comply with ISO standards to which the organization has committed. **What are the responsibilities of this position?** - Coordinate with different departments to integrate organizational processes, correctly identifying and classifying them. - Design, update - Provide guidelines and support for developing controlled documents to define an organizational standard. - Conduct internal and external audits. **What profiles are we seeking?** - Graduate in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in internal and external audits of Management Systems. - Knowledge of regulatory standards - Intermediate/advanced Excel skills - Knowledge of process management and/or agile methodologies.
