REQUIREMENTS: * Technical professional, bachelor's degree holder, or licensed nurse * Postgraduate diploma in occupational health or occupational safety * Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in occupational health * Intermediate Excel skills for preparing reports and forms * PowerPoint proficiency for developing presentations and training materials * Knowledge of implementing an occupational health system from scratch * Availability to work at various locations across Lima. YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES: * Conduct inspections of facilities and emergency equipment, including first-aid kits, topical treatment areas, lactation rooms, cafeterias, and other required areas. * Implement, maintain, and update the Occupational Health Management System for assigned clients. * Advise on and/or prepare documentation for occupational health-related audits, standardization processes, and similar activities. * Develop or update the annual occupational health plan, occupational surveillance programs, EMOS protocols, instructions, manuals, and occupational health policies. * Conduct on-site visits to assigned clients’ facilities: stores, warehouses, offices, industrial plants, or others. * Deliver occupational health training sessions, interactive and playful awareness-raising activities. * Coordinate with the Occupational Physician and Safety Engineer to execute the annual OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) plan. * Conduct health care prevention campaigns for diverse clients.
