Job Summary: A Peruvian company is seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist to manage occupational safety and environmental matters in electrical installation and maintenance facilities. Preparation and management of field work permits **Peruvian company providing electrical installation and maintenance services, as well as system services at fuel stations, is currently seeking top talent for the position of Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician or Graduate Engineer in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields — mandatory. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist (documented). * Experience in high-risk activities (electrical work, confined spaces, working at heights, etc.). * Specialization, diploma, or training program in safety, occupational health, and environmental management (minimum 120 hours of instruction). * Willingness to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation of on-site documentation and management of field work permits (ATS, work permits, checklists, etc.) for access to work areas. * Conduct 5-minute safety talks. * Supervise and ensure workers use appropriate PPE for each task, and monitor compliance with Safe Work Procedures and work standards. * Knowledge of developing Safe Work Procedures and IPERC (Identification of Hazards and Risk Assessment). * Maintain records of occupational accidents, as well as other mandatory records required by the occupational safety and health management system. * Support accident/incident investigations. * Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and deliver training to personnel. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor, related to the mission of the position/department.
