Job Summary: We are seeking an expert Planner / Project Planner to lead schedule management and synchronization on a Fast-Track mega construction project. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the management and integration of schedules from multiple contractors. 2. Analyze the critical path, manage S-curves and EVM for decision-making. 3. Assess the impact of engineering changes and propose mitigation strategies. Master time on a mega project! We are seeking a Planner / Project Planner. **The Challenge:** At **DSE Ingeniería**, we know that in construction, time is everything. That’s why we are looking for an expert **Planner / Project Planner** to take charge of the schedule for a massive logistics distribution center of approximately 80,000 m². As this is a **Fast\-Track (EPC)** project, design and execution advance at a rapid pace and in parallel. We are not looking for someone who merely updates bars in software; we seek a proactive strategist who anticipates bottlenecks, synchronizes multiple contractors, and designs schedule recovery plans before risks materialize on site. **Your mission on the project:** * Lead the management, integration, and synchronization of schedules for all contractors involved in the mega project. * Conduct weekly planning and schedule alignment meetings, ensuring full alignment between the supervision team (Civil, MEP, Quality) and the contractor. * Analyze the project’s critical path, manage S-curves, calculate Earned Value (EVM), and issue accurate, real-time physical progress reports for managerial decision-making. * Assess schedule impacts arising from engineering changes—additive or deductive—and propose mitigation strategies. **The Profile We Seek:** * Degree holder and licensed in **Civil Engineering**. * Proven, solid experience as a Planner or Project Planner on **industrial works, large-scale logistics centers, or EPC projects**. * Advanced proficiency in Project Management (PMI / PMP methodologies) and scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.). * An analytical professional with holistic project vision and excellent negotiation and communication skills. **What We Offer:** * **The Project:** The challenge of planning and controlling one of the country’s fastest and most demanding logistics complexes. * **Stability:** Direct employment with full statutory benefits from day one. * **Work Mode:** 100% on-site work at the construction site, experiencing the real pulse of construction. **Do you have the strategy to beat the clock?** Send your updated CV to: **seleccion@dechini.com.pe**, with subject line **"Planner \- Logistics Project"** Salary: S/.6,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What has been the most challenging logistics or industrial project in which you integrated and synchronized schedules of multiple subcontractors operating simultaneously? * How do you assess and document the impact of an engineering change on the critical path to justify or reject a time extension? * Which methodologies (e.g., Last Planner System, EVM) do you use to measure actual productivity in such accelerated scenarios?
